5. Prepare Travel

Make sure you and your guests are ready to depart

Ensure passports are valid (6 months beyond travel date)

Complete final payment for room reservation and airfare( 50 days prior to travel)
2. Confirm Wedding Date

Lavish Elite Getaways, LLC will verify date is available at your resort

Sign wedding agreement and place the wedding deposit to confirm wedding date

Select travel dates and room category
4. Finalize details with onsite coordinator and travel agent

Start planning wedding with coordinator 2-5 months prior to arrival in destination for your big day

Complete final payment for room reservations and airfare (50 Days prior to travel)

Finalize excursions, welcome party/dinner etc with travel agent.
6. Say I Do!!

Arrive in destination and ready to walk down the aisle.
